Stayed for two nights room was clean. But one of the lights didn't work properly. The washroom toilet had issue with flushing. Pool was not clean and freezing. One employee told us pool was heated another told us it wasn't. Which is it? All else was good. Convenient location and close alot of restaurants and shopping.
Great value for the price. Also pet friendly, which is a major plus. This is a new, modern, and very clean and well maintained hotel located near Highway 401 in Cambridge. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff. Restaurant / bar on site which was tastefully decorated. I visited on a Sunday night, so it restaurant / bar was not open. Small, well equipped gym, and pool on site, which again were very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
I start here whenever I'm on Cambridge, right off the highway and a great selection of restaurants close by as well as a reasonable dine-in option with the hotel restaurant. The staff is friendly, professional and the rooms are clean and nicely appointed.
The location is convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, and major routes, which made getting around easy. I also appreciated the on-site amenities like the fitness center and restaurant—both were well kept and practical for a short stay. Overall, this is a reliable and comfortable option for business or leisure travel in Kitchener. I would definitely consider staying here again.
