I'd rather write a more positive review, but this particular stay cost me approximately $200 more than it should have. Reservations were originally made on the phone. I had a gift certificate for 1 night and I needed 2 nights. I explained I had the certificate , gave certificate # and explained it 100%. It was a HILTON certificate with the HILTON name on the front at the top. The guy taking my reservation told me I had to make 2 separate reservations. Great spot for cambridge. The food is okay. For breakfast they really need to change it up a bit, it was the same breakfast food everyday and i stayed for a week. The blonde girl that works as a server was the nicest and most bubbly so the service made up for the food. The hot water was reversed so i was so confused why it didnt turn on first, jt would be nice if they indicate that to me before i went in.
