Fantastic customer service - when Airbnb screwed me over earlier this week these guys swooped in and got me a great room for me to stay in between leases. Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a hotel in Cambridge.
I phoned to booked the room because trying to book on line was a hassle. Adam assisted in booking the room and was fabulous to deal with. I wish he would have been there for our stay. I booked a junior King suite as I was travelling with my son and daughter in-law and my 18 month old granddaughter. My granddaughter and I shared the pull out sofa.
