The front desk clark was very discourteous, and didn't listen at all. She ruined the entire stay. Great location. Lots of little things that are unbecoming of a Hilton Garden Inn - broken equipment, chipped paint and faulty fixtures similar to what one would expect of a motel 6 or worse. It's truly a shame. I'm surprised Hilton allows them to maintain the franchise.
Nice room, quiet, friendly and helpful staff
Stayed for two nights room was clean. But one of the lights didn't work properly. The washroom toilet had issue with flushing. Pool was not clean and freezing. One employee told us pool was heated another told us it wasn't. Which is it? All else was good. Convenient location and close alot of restaurants and shopping.
