Valet is slow. Food sucks. Crappy breakfast cost $15. The bar is overpriced like it’s a nice hotel. My fridge and phone didn’t work. Everything is a money grab from them. Stay at a best western it’s better

Clean rooms. Breakfast is nothing to write home about. Service is lacking as well. On site bar/restaurant is not very good. Poor service and topical bar foods.

Our room seemed fine as we entered. The bed was ok; I have never such small pillows. But that is more personal preference. The room had a lot of issues. The sink was backed up, so we had to brush our teeth and wash our hands and face in the shower. The water was lukewarm; there was hair in the shower and the shampoo dispenser was empty. The next morning, we used the restrooms in the lobby and they were very poorly equipped. I have had several disappointing stays at Hiltons and I have finally said enough.

The only good thing about the hotel is the rooms. The service was so bad I cant even describe it. The breakfast bar at 9 am, which I paid $17 per person for, had cold eggs and dirty plates. When we asked for clean plates I'm sure the lady just wiped it, the plate still had food smudges SMH. I would never ever stay at this location.
