I would avoid this hotel. Upon arrival we were told that there were no rooms available even though I had confirmed reservations for 2 rooms and had already paid for them days earlier. The front desk attendant wasn't overly concerned, however Expedia was able to get me a refund for my rooms. To be fair, it probably was for the best that we changed hotels since it was going to cost nearly $60 for valet parking since there was no other available parking besides the possibility of getting lucky enough to find a spot on the side ... read more

Dirty, you could tell that they allow pets because of the smell and pet hair that was not cleaned up. We tried 2 Hilton hotels in Jackson. Both dirty and nasty.

Charged twice the posted amount for no choice (mandatory) valet parking and items stolen from car while in the care of valet even with 50% valet tip! Claim filed online and NO contact from company. Very unsatisfactory service. Reserved room that was supposed to include “snacks in room daily replenished” at $25 extra per night and placed in room without snacks. Asked at front desk and then told to take some from the store which is not the same as having in room snack service. Continental breakfast charge is $10.50 per person ... read more

Parking at this hotel is extremely confusing. When I arrived, the parking attendant told me I was fine to park in the lot where I left my vehicle. At check-in, however, I was told I needed to scan a QR code for parking. I went back to confirm with the attendant, and he again assured me I was parked correctly. When I went to leave the next day, I couldn’t find a clearly marked exit, so I exited the same way I had entered. The attendant on duty then told me that was incorrect.
