There was NO shampoo, one bath towel, no bedding for the pull out sofa, valet parking only, and dog hair on the end table

The staff was great but the hotel was just ok. The 1st room we had the heat was broken. We moved to another room and we're surprised that bottle water wasn't offered especially considering the water issues in Mississippi. Our new keys for the new room didn't work and the staff had to fix the lock on the door. The bar off the lobby only offered beer and wine and the selection was very limited. The staff was extremely accommodating. The room was acceptable but was missing coffee K cups.

No protection on mattress, mattress dates 12/2016, stains all over mattress, sheets stained, chair old fabric and stained, lamp shades stained, dirty lobby and elevators, cracked floors, train tracks next door,valet parking only that only takes a card and charges a fee, live music noise until midnight, street traffic all night, no hotel parking at all unless you pay $28 per overnight stay, breakfast is not free and it’s just basic hotel breakfast. We did not stay at the hotel, We went to have dinner at the King Edward Bar and Grill. We were told that the bar opened at 5. We arrive a few minutes before and take a seat since the doors were open, television, lights and music were on. About 12 minutes after 5, a young man appears and asks how can he help us. We asked if we could see a menu, he obliged. However, we opted to leave and go elsewhere

I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent stay that fell short of the standards I have consistently experienced with Hilton properties.
