Housekeeping needs to place more attention to the common areas (i.e. wipe down mirrors, brass face plates in elevators, etc.) These small details matter
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I recently stayed here 11/27/25-11/30/25 I had to move rooms twice! I arrived Thursday night and the hotel informed me that they had no more hotel room keys and would have to escort me to my room. After I get in my room I pulled back the sheets and saw stains. I looked at the shower and it looked horrible. After that they moved me to another room and it was cleaner but the heat didn’t work and it was 30 degrees in the city that weekend. I asked to move to another and it was serviceable but still dirty.
We booked this hotel as a stop over on our drive back from Florida. We have always stayed at Hilton properties, as my husband is a rewards member. This location was beyond anything we have ever experienced in all of our hotel stays.
