This was absolutely the WORST hotel stay I’ve ever had. The front desk staff barely said anything upon arrival. Got in the room and it was filthy. Got a text asking about my stay so far and when I replied got a rude response saying did I check in today because rooms are only cleaned every two days. I expressed I checked in dropped my bags and got food and came back to find how truly nasty the room was. Overall I would not recommend for anyone to stay here until Hilton Corporate whoops this hotel back into shape. My wife and I stayed here during our cross country road trip. The only two positives I have are; the rooms are clean and the food was good. Now, let’s talk about the negatives. Upon checking in at the front desk the receptionist decided to not put his personal phone down one time during the entire checkin process. I'll make 11 trips to this hotel 1 going in 1 coming out home I never have to go back there again
Worst Hilton ever. Keurig Coffeemakers in room but no regular coffee. A few decaf pods but no cups either for coffee or bathroom. Had to get styrofoam to go cups from front desk. No hand soap in bathroom. Had to get from front desk. Only one key card for room- they were low on cards. Buffet breakfast (not free)ran out of coffee. Sliding closet door off the rails. Beds okay.
