First, let me state that the receptionist was great. The rooms was also great. My issues actually don't have to do with that. My issue is the FORCED valet parking if you don't want to park on the street in downtown Jackson, MS. Now, a little about why I stayed there with my son. We were on a motorcycle trip across the Untied States. A storm caught us that we were hoping to outrun. My son chose this location because it was literally one of the closest hotels to our location. I booked this hotel and upon checking into our room, we immediately noticed that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There were pubic hairs on both the toilet and in the shower. The shower itself clearly needs a deep cleaning due to visible mold, and there was also a water leak coming from the ceiling. Additionally, housekeeping is only provided every other day, which they stated is due to COVID policies from 2020. This standard is outdated and unacceptable.
