Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. They let you know that there's a $20 charge for parking, but it's actually $22. Parking here sucks since there aren't many spaces available.
The room itself was okay, pretty standard. My room was facing the freeway, but relatively good sound insulation. Close to SNA airport. However the staff could be friendlier. We got to the hotel around 10am after landing in the morning. The front desk lady literally asked me why am I here, when it isn’t yet time for check in. I’ve never had hotel staff ask me that.
