Drastically changed from nice and accommodating to poor and lacking.
Kitchen staff 10/10, front desk 10/10, management 10/10, sure the hotel needs some maintenance, but the staff makes up for it! Great stay, will be back.
An inexpensive place to stay, somewhat convenient, some sketchy people staying there but more affordable.
Management and staff were amazing. Rooms were nice and clean too. We had a great time. They turned a horrible night into a great day
I've stayed here twice in both May and June 2025. Hilton Garden Inn Lake Forest was renovated(including guestrooms) fairly recently. Beds were OK.. nothing like "sleeping on a cloud", but not terrible either. Rooms are nice sized, decent quality, and come with both microwave and refigorator. Sofa in the room is very comfortable compared to other Hilton brand hotels which is a huge plus as I hate sitting on sofa's that look nice but are super cheap quality. Service was fine and friendly.
