I booked last minute . I har a lot of stuff and I arrived my room was on the second floor and I asked the Front Desk person if it’s possible to be on the bottom floor and he said yes. Very friendly and helpful! I like my room’s cold. This was definitely cold.. I like quiet and dark so I can sleep. This was perfect. I will definitely be returning here
