I was given a special rate code for our company holiday party and it was not applied to my bill. In the end I was charged 30% more than my coworkers!!! I contacted the front desk and received no help! I reached out to customer service and was directed to the front desk. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
This hotel has the best staff. They all are so pleasant and willing to assist you any way they can. Peyton was awesome!!!
Every time I stay there is great. The staff is very friendly yet professional, the place is always clean, the food is great. I have yet to have a bad experience
No complaints, although the Italian banquet food was meh
