The hotel is showing a little of its age but the customer service is top notch. I messed up my reservation in the Hilton app and Donna the assistant manager went out of her way to fix it for me. We were a few minutes late for breakfast and the manager personally helped in the kitchen to get us food. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
Bar is closed and the pool is cold. Apparently no hot tub anymore. No free breakfast. For the price I would think this these amenities would be available.

This is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Clean room, high quality bathroom, everything worked.
We booked 2 nights online and stayed the first night. We decided to only stay the one night. The front desk told us we would be refunded for the second night if we checked out before checkout time the second day. When we checked out at 7:30am they told us they could not refund us for the second night. None of the paperwork from the reservation said we could not shorten our stay.
