My husband and I made a reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn in Homestead months in advance. We arrived later than expected on the night of our check-in and called the hotel from Miami at around 11:30 pm to confirm our room (a 1–1.5 hour drive away). After calling five times with no answer, someone finally picked up and confirmed that our reservation was valid and our room was available. Melissa at the front desk was very helpful. The room was clean. The location was great, 45 minutes from Key largo and 40 minutes from Miami, which is exactly what we wanted.
Excellent service, room are very clean, smoke free are smells always nice, always clean when coming back after a long day.
