The bar is great here, the people are very nice! If the hotel would fix the 2nd elevator and all the broken ice machines it would be even nicer.

The behavior of the front desk night staff ,and the way she treated a guest was absolutely appalling. My husband and I stay at hotels every weekend for work. I have never. I mean never been treated with such utter disrespect, and nastiness. I'm shaking as I type this, it got us so worked up. As hilton honors members we are appalled.
