Do not stay at this hotel if you are going with a travel team of any kind. They were watching the kids on their cameras. They were harassing them every chance they got. No matter where they were or if we were with them the night staff did not want them out of their rooms. It is a very nice hotel but they should never be apart of any pay to play tournaments as they don’t really want children in their common areas.
Staff is terrible. Why be apart of having sports teams in your hotel if you don’t want them there? Staff does nothing but stare at cameras all day and yelling at teenagers who were doing NOTHING wrong. Worry about the dogs who bark all day, the food that’s cold served to guests, the beds that are super small and pillows that suck.
Renee, who checked us in and out during our stay was amazing! So friendly and helpful! She and the rest of the staff accommodated every request, and went above and beyond.
