It looked nice online and the staff are extremely friendly, and the lobby is very cute. Unfortunately, I feel like I should have brought flip flops to step into the shower, and this really takes away from everything else, especially for what we are paying (granted it’s parents’ weekend, but we expected more from a Hilton property, even a 2-3 star one).
We have been guests here for 4 nights and are Hilton Diamond members. Housekeeping hasn’t come to our room once. No towels, toilet paper, trash removal, nothing. The staff here sit around on their phones when you walk in and barely greet you. Worst Hilton experience we have ever had.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is well-kept, the grounds are pleasant, the facilities are clean, and the rooms are very comfortable. But what really makes this place special is the staff. Every single person I spoke with was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell they all work together as a team, and it creates a genuinely positive atmosphere.
