Under construction, but they couldn't have been nicer. I was concerned about breakfast but we got a 12 $ deal w the breakfast and it was top notch. Beers were cheaper at Chevy but that environment wasn't calming after a long drive. Nice stay.
There are currently renovations taking place when I visited last week so this is from that perspective. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and I did not spot any issues with damage or misaligned elements in the room.
The hotel itself was typical Hilton…clean, comfortable rooms but the front desk service was unacceptable. The in-room and lobby coffee were both poor quality. While the property is pet-friendly, one front desk employee (older male) treated me like a vagrant. After traveling for hours, that level of rudeness was the last thing I needed. Hilton should ensure staff receive proper training in professionalism and basic customer respect.
Staff is friendly. Rooms need updating.
