The air quality in room was not good. Not sure if it was the mold in the bathroom, the dog hairs or general lack of cleaning but we had trouble breathing. The website mentioned that there was renovation during certain dates but it was supposed to be finished by the time we get there. However, there was no gym in the hotel, just a sign saying it was closed due to the renovation. I guess they're still renovating? I didn't see any improvement in the rooms, and bathroom had mold. Honestly if we could give this hotel a 20 star we would!! Checked in and everyone was so friendly. Everything was so nice and rooms are clean and updated. Went to the bar in the evening for a few cocktails and we had the best bartender/server ever, Jason! He was so personable and just amazing. Shout out to Joyce as well at the front desk. She was so incredibly polite and knows how to run the hotel! Thanks for a great stay we will be back!

On check in ,was a bit uncomfortable. We reserved a room on the first. And was told it was not available. It was under construction. But we head nothing and saw no workers????? Than that evening I ask for a drink at the bar. I watched the bar tender grab a bottle that was empty. Wish I would of taken a picture. The drink had no booze in it at all. He later came to our table and ask if I wanted a refill . I said no loudly there is no booze in the drink . I take a beer and watched him open it. This I don't think the Hilton ask... read more
