What a great hotel with friendly staff through entire building! Highly recommend this hotel for any stay in Erie, PA! First the staff… everyone from front desk to house keeping to restaurant was extremely friendly and helpful. Bethany (restaurant) and Joyce (front desk) both stood out to our family. Best hotel I stayed at my whole vacation. Food was great the service was great and the prices were reasonable.
Stay was good. Room was good. The only thing that disturbed me was all of the trash bins were full outside areas completely full and then $15 for breakfast when I spent $400 on a room. Are you serious? I don't know about you, but I'd rather stay at the Holiday inn and get into complimentary breakfast instead of paying $15. And let's just be honest, the breakfast was subpar at best.
