Hotel provided great service and good amenities. Comfortable and quiet room. Good sleep, good bedding. Shower was luke-warm at best both days we were there. Staff was attentive and welcoming and cooperative, but the charges that went way above what was quoted when securing the room (about $50 more per night) and food charges that we did not approve, were a huge disappointment. We stayed in a brand new room. It was very refreshing after a long day of travel. Front desk lady was pleasant and we all slept very well
