Wow Hilton group. How is this location falling through the cracks and not being kept up to Hilton standards? The place is in neglect. As you pull up to the location you’re greeted with the Hilton Garden sign with the letter N falling off. Pics included. The entire outdoor property is overrun with weeds, not sure that’s how you run a garden. Pics included. When you get into the hotel, the aroma of the building doesn’t have a clean smell. It was a great experience overall. Staff is really helpful and friendly. From the counter to the kitchen. The rooms are spacious and mostly clean. I did see a towel with a suspicious black stain. The hotel has enough for a short stay although the location is not the best. For the price paid, it is really great value.

Stayed 1 night between flights in July. Room was clean, but hot. AC unit was locked in eco mode and never worked. Wall unit didnt turn on. Was cooler in hallway by several degrees C. As a result we didnt get any sleep and left in a cranky mood, ready to get home and sleep properly. Cant comment on anything else about hotel, since we were there solely to sleep 1 night between evening and morning flight.

This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had at a Hilton property. First, the front desk gave me keys to a room that was already occupied — incredibly awkward and unacceptable. After that, I was given a different room, only to find it unclean, with bed sheets covered in hair and clearly not serviced properly. tell me why the blankets feel like sandpaper and when we get in and go to the pool they ran out of towels. If you are going with 5 people may allah bless the person who sleeps on the pullout couch because you might as well sleep outside at that point, the pillows are 2 feathers in a ziplock bag. On top of all of this the guy in the kitchen set the fire alarm off at 5 am and evacuated the entire hotel.
