Less than -1 ⭐️ if it was possible. As a Hilton Honours member this place was shocking. Probably the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Canada. 1. Parking lot is covered in several winters’ worth of gravel (never swept) & covered in weeds. 2. Lobby is dirty, no one at front desk. Had to go to office & holler for someone to check me in. I walked over here from the car shop nearby to have breakfast in the attached restaurant. The restaurant was clean and the service was great. I had a classic meal of bacon and eggs, which was cooked well and served nearly with lots options. The staff politely checked on me during my meal to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, it was good food and a nice dining experience for a traveller just looking for a good breakfast to start the day. Would recommend for breakfast. Thank you!

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn International Airport on May 27 and had a very good experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our room was quiet, spacious, and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our visit. What stood out most was the significant improvement compared to our previous stay last year.
