We stayed over before a next morning flight back to Ontario . Shower door in room 219 leaked as no rubber seal under the door. Front desk has been helpful by providing extra towels to mop up the mini flood. No one was available to bring us towels to our room. We also asked about the airport shuttle, and has been told to be in the front lobby 10 min before the hour. We arrived at 7:45am in the lobby, but when there was no shuttle at 8. Bed Bugs. I stayed here two nights in August and I got bed bug bites as a result. Just awful. The shower door trim on the bottom of the door was also completely moldy. Hotel smells in the halls and is dated. Restaurant was terrible. Not operated like most Hilton brand hotels I stay in frequently.

My friends and I stayed here last weekend. During our stay we went swimming and the pool water bleached all of our swimsuits. We talked to the front about it who said someone would be in contact and nobody has followed through a week later.
