Very disappointed with this hotel and its service. I am a Diamond member with Hilton and have never seen such poor service as well as accommodations. No hot water, had to unplug the refrigerator in the room due to it’s loud noise, flickering light in the bathroom, worn out bed and service in the dining room was terrible. I complained to the front desk and was promised a phone call from the manager but never received one. This hotel is a terrible representation of the Hilton brand!
