Availability of advertised amenities is not a priority at this property. I attempted to use the gym and laundry facility after arrival to find many items were out-of-order, and the temperature was absolutely freezing, felt like 50 degrees. Inquiring with the staff on two occasions they agreed the temperature was extremely cold, however basically stated their hands were tied.
