Rey conveniently located for what we had going on in town. Amenities were nice: pool, gym, breakfast and restaurant were all nice. Rooms had some neglect to them with chipping walls and dented furniture. Staff don’t quite know what was going on some of the time with room mix ups and not wanting to change one of our parties to a room with cold water… a few questionable decisions on their part us left us a bit and get and having to demand issues be resolved. DON'T STAY HERE, THE ROOMS ARE FILTHY! The young man working the desk in the evening was fantastic, but the lady working in the morning couldn't be bothered while facetiming her boyfriend. The rooms smelled terribly, the bathroom smelled like wet dog, and there was a layer of grime all over everything. Home2Suites is in the same area so choose there to stay..it's so much cleaner and similar in price.
It’s 1 AM in the morning and I tried to talk to the front desk about my Internet/TV not working. He basically made me feel like a jerk and called me back and said ma’am it sounds like it’s your problem alone. Everything was going fine before then. Great service, everybody was happy,… But, a snarky person in the middle of the night (front desk), when you’re trying to go to sleep, And you’ve paid a substantial amount of money, to just borrow a bed for a night… Not cool. Rude Besides that the hotel is great
