This hotel was a nice getaway for local travel. The best feature was the pool and the hot tub which had the hours 0 700 to 10 PM for kids and an adult swim from 10 PM to midnight! The only negative about the pool was that when we went the next morning at 0700, dirty towels were all over the deck floor (as well as garbage) and there were no clean towels for us to use. I have stayed at this location a few times... I've never known the service to be this bad from a housekeeping perspective... could not get fresh towels because the staff was "behind" and my room was not serviced. I have had a better stay at this same property... not sure what was different this time.

Customer support line is terrible. They put you on hold for two minutes and hang up on you. This has happened for an entire day. I am just looking for a receipt. I did talk to customer support the other day. They said they would send a receipt via email. It never arrived. I even tried calling the corporate sales department. They do not answer the phone either. Terrible service.
