‘Guy’ who works at the front desk is a very disrespectful person . He gave me a nasty attitude because I did not understand him when he was asking for my ID ( he did not mention ID ONCE ) . When he finally did talk about me not having an id and I replied saying that I do have an ID , he literally threw the card at me and said ‘ just go we do not speak the same language ‘ . Its really unfortunate to deal with stuff like this because my experience with this hotel was great so far but this just ruined it for me .
I stay at this hotel at least 6 days a month. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet. It is mainly a business hotel for travelers like myself. Kimberley at the bar is fantastic! She always has a smile on her face and really knows her job. She definitely takes care of the customers very well. Nabil at the front desk is always eager to please his customers and take care of any wants or needs that they may have. I highly recommend this hotel
Excellent bar service. Very friendly environment. Kimberly is awesome.
Very faily priced and good rooms.
The breakfast does not start at 6.
