I booked a room at this hotel through a third party vendor for my friends wedding back in July. I arrived in Denver this past morning at 1am and called to confirm. There was not only no record of my booking but no record of the bride & groom reserving rooms for their guests. Nice hotel in a good area, close to Denver and Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Quiet rooms with no road noise. Easy access to Hwy 470 loop.

Clean, spacious rooms with all the amenities I needed. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They helped me with a booking issue even though I booked through a third party. The location is within easy driving distance of so many restaurants and retail areas, but you definitely need a car!

I’m a Hilton Gold member with over 30 nights this year, and my recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Highlands Ranch was the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any Hilton property. This morning I went to grab a simple pastry, only to be yelled at across the lobby by the breakfast attendant demanding if I was “going to pay for that.” She loudly insisted it wasn’t included, even though I had a voucher.
