My previous stay i made a great review. But most recent omg service has gone down hill from management. Housekeeping was amazing. Asked for my room to be cleaned and they did it daily. Thank you so much. Maintenance took 3 hours to come and fix my TV. Front desk agent said they have been there only a few months. Said they have asked their Assistant General Manager to train them because they were not trained well. And he hasn't they said they had someone else who is new as well try to train them. I feel so bad for them.

Had a great stay at Hilton! Super clean room, comfy bed, and very friendly staff. Would definitely come back.
We usually stay here to go to events in Durant and have Had pleasant experiences in the past, but on July 3, 2025 We checked into the hotel and saw them replacing all the drywall, but it was completely full of mold. That was an unpleasant experience to see and smell. We were not told anything about construction prior to booking and were completely surprised that the crew was working late and also on the morning of July 4 when a lot of people were trying to sleep in including us the noise with hammers and saws and constructio... read more
