Very well kept hotel
Rooms were clean, housekeeping staff were amazing. Tiffany was very friendly and helpful, Jean and Amy in sales were amazing. Helped set up our event and room block. Reece at the front desk Saturday morning was very hateful towards our family members. We asked if breakfast was included and she stated no, you should have paid more for breakfast instead of being cheap. She didnt have to be rude and disrespectful.
I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service at this hotel. From the very beginning, Jean Rabbitt and Amy Sterling went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly for our group. Coordinating a block of rooms can often be a challenge, but Jean and Amy handled every detail with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.
