Hotels reviews tend to be so extreme - either people love where they stay or they absolutely hate it. I'm attempting to give a balanced and honest review. Overall, I liked this place well enough. Room was very clean, the staff were super nice, and the hotel is in a decent location. My only complaint is the bed - I found the bed terribly uncomfortable.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn North Dallas Central Expy this past weekend for a short couples trip and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. When we arrived, check in was fine and the woman at the front desk was polite at first. We booked a king room and specifically chose this hotel because it advertised EV chargers and an indoor hot tub. This was a great place to stay close to the medical district. Wonderful places to eat nearby.
