I loved it! Excellent service. The breakfast area was very clean—excellent service, and the breakfast was fantastic.
Couple, 2 day stay, Front desk semi friendly, clean, nice setup, had Breakfast & it was good, maid service good, plenty of parking space,
Solid room, kind of a sketchy location, abysmal staff. I was traveling through Dallas and booked a room for Saturday evening, arriving around 10pm. My digital key wasn't ready, so I proceeded to the desk to check-in. I have stayed in my fair share of hotels and never in my life have I had such an uncomfortably weird check-in experience. The woman working (unfortunately didn't catch her name) was beyond condescending, rolling her eyes and going out of her way to be unnecessarily rude, and flipping through folders and binders ... read more
