Honestly, I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The staff was extremely unprofessional and the experience was very disappointing. If you can help it, I would strongly recommend not staying here Please be advised this is certainly an accurate review !!
I would Absolutely % recommend! I worked with Heather Martin to plan a family event that worked out beautifully! Heather was so patient and worked with me through a very difficult time on short notice! Ms. Martin, Mr. Johnson and the Banquet staff were patient, perfessional, kind and genuine! The food, the buffet set-up and classical music ambience was outstanding. I Will be planning events here in the future and having family stay at this beautiful hotel when traveling from out if town.
