The staff made my weekend! They helped me from start to end. Sintia greeted me the second I came thru the door she helped with my rate, gave breakfast for the trouble. She was super friendly and helpful. Then Alex from food service went the extra mile to look for items in food storage, which he found! Such a blessing to get a much needed break and they made it great. To GOD be the glory for these two wonderful people! Please reward them both! Thank you!

Hotel's being renovated; rooms had scheduled cleaning days (not every day); coffee canisters in lobby looked like they needed to be replaced; elevators were rickety; hotel has an indoor pool and jacuzzi
First the fro The front desk lady is not nice quite rude and not friendly as soon as we enter the hotel. Second, the pool don’t have any towels. Our rooms only have two towels and no hand soap. We requested another tower because we are three and our room is for four person, but the lady said they only have hand towel.. This is not we expect for a Hilton franchise.
