I wanted to give a shout out to Kenneth, he was outstanding. From the moment I checked in, he made everything smooth and genuinely welcoming. He was attentive without being overbearing, handled every request quickly, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, it felt like the room had not been properly prepared for guests, and the number of issues I encountered was unacceptable. I chose my room(Early Check In) through the Hilton app the day before my stay, (which is suppose to come with a digital key) only to be forced to go to the front desk upon arrival, where my room was changed. The only positive experience from this place was the Housekeepers. They were all so sweet and attentive to our needs. I also would like to say the location is great. But that is about it. All of the amenities advertised were down or not working. Our bathroom shower kept backing up water and almost overflowing. When we were there for breakfast in the morning the stove was broken and so there was really nothing served besides what was put out and you still had to pay $11 per day that.
