This is a 5-star, 3-star hotel. Room was very nice and clean. The self-serve kiosk in the lobby is very-well stocked. A very nice selection of cold beers, wines, and chilled wines/bubbles. The restaurant is funny. One poor woman who serves as bartender, bar back, bus boy, and server. Food was good for a hotel bar. Pizza was good and ribeye was good. The front desk folks were also very nice. Sidewalks were cleared of ice and snow. Not a lot of dining options close by, so if you want that, stay downtown.

This is a well kept and clean hotel except for the morbid looking pool area. However, there are a few improvements needed. First, most doors won't work with my room key. I am forced to use the main lobby entrance because of this, and the front parking lot, otherwise I'd have to walk clear around the building. The bushes lack maintenance as their branches extend over the sidewalk. The TV remote's "Guide" button doesn't work, so in order to see the guide you go to channel 2, and the tv isn't a smart tv, so there's no way to lo... read more

Typical Hilton Garden Inn experience however, the housekeeping staff is very hit or miss, I just got done with a one week work trip and I had one heck of a time getting fresh towels or my room clean throughout the week. I used their little texting service and ultimately was connected with a human being to request the room to be serviced ,however, they simply paid lip service, and the housekeeping staff still was unable to get the room clean. This Hotel was great. Friendly staff great service clean hotel rooms are beautiful. Breakfast was awesome.
