When I arrived (about 6:40 pm on A Monday) there was a sign on the desk, they'd be back in a few min. 15 min later and still no one had come, the bartender came and helped to check me in (which was very kind of her) as all I wanted was to go to my room after a long day of work and travel.
We chose this hotel because the reviews said it was clean. Our room was not clean. When we first arrived I noticed the sink had a brown streak in it. I looked up under the edge and saw gunk that was running down making the streak when it got wet. On the floor was somebody’s contact lens. The next morning when I pulled back the top cover I discovered a nasty stained quilt. I wish I had checked it before I slept in it!
