This hotel is expensive and the rooms are outdated. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.
My only complaint is that the doors to the pool/gym were wonky and anytime you want to use them you need to get a employee. Staff was EXCELLENT. I brought my little dog and she can be a bit barky. We got a noise complaint and I was fully expecting to have to find alternative arrangements for her but the staff was super understanding and just moved us.
Please tell your customers to stop double parked in that one way road when checking in at your hotel. It’s really inconvenient for the rest of us drivers. We suppose to share that road.
