Room was basic and ok. We had four in a king room with a pull out. Unfortunately the pull out was not comfortable as a couch and even worse as a bed. Room lighting was barely adequate. Staff was great and location was perfect for our needs, so we take the good with the bad.
This is a very nice hotel however Hilton offered me the opportunity to check in ahead of time because I am a Hilton honors member I did and it told me I could just use the digital key and go straight to the room. However when I got here the lobby doors were locked and it said you needed a room key to get in, so I went to the app to get the key and it said I had to register first to get the key downloaded.
