Not sure about my room yet. I have been sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes. The front desk person has been on the phone the entire time. I have not gotten recognition, not even "hello I will be right with you. Nothing at all! I will come back with an update. Another person came up from the back. No hello, no greeting, just sucked to the back. I am a Hilton honors member and not impressed at all and no one has even tried to help me yet. Love this Hotel. I have stayed here many times and the rooms are always clean and the staff is fabulous (really). My only reason for taking off one star is that the beds aren't super comfy but they are serviceable (I have chronic back pain and so the beds are not the worst but also not the best for my back). I always enjoy coming here.
