I utilize this hotel a lot and usually never have issues with them however, I woke to an overdraft in my account this morning due to them double charging me. I had stayed prior and booked another night later. They pre-authorized the charge and instead of them leaving it they went back in and charged me again messing up my account. It takes one pre-authorization that's it. Stop running ppl card for the same amount twice especially if the first authorization already went through. We are so happy we chose the Hilton Garden Inn for our wedding! From the very first time I reached out, Angie and her team were kind, professional, and genuinely wonderful to work with. Angie was super communicative and she never left me hanging when I reached out with questions.
