10/5 stars to this hotel! Absolutely professional guys from desk Neo and Marcellus, which were welcoming on 7 of August. Super kind! Just because of them i could visit this hotel again :) Rooms are very clean, mattress is comfortable, everything looks as shown on pictures, modern and fresh. I thinks it’s renewed or new. I do recommend this to everyone from 3 star hotels who came to this city! The only problem was laundry, they had 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, and each of it was dirty, as shown on pictures, so I couldn’t ... read more

Absolutely terrible hotel. The elevators didn't work, and they had no ETA on when they would be fixed. The coffee maker in the room didn't work. The equipment in the fitness center didn't work. The internet went out - which de-activated all the cards. The lady at the front desk didn't know how to make a new card. They forgot to give me the folio for the stay. I have even more, but you get the idea.
