I cannot say enough good things about my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Park! It was exactly what I needed for my exploratory trip of the area: clean, quiet, convenient, everything you need. Neo was especially kind, warm, gracious and accommodating. She always greeted me by name and with a beautiful smile! I hope this hotel continues to maintain its excellence. I will stay here again when I return.

If I could leave no stars I would. I booked a stay at this hotel through my corporate site. I had an emergency and needed to cancel my reservation at the last minute. I went into my Hilton Honors app and selected a cancellation but inadvertently cancelled the wrong reservation. As I said, it was an emergency situation and I was a bit flustered in the process.
