I had a bad experience at Hilton Garden Inn Brookline, with an even worse experience when contacting the hotel for complaint. During check in, the staff member at front desk was scrolling through her phone (most likely non work related) so I had to wait a while before able to speak to her. It feels she just tried to rush through the check in process without mentioning any benefits I can get as Diamond member. Nice clean room with a good view. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Rooms had 5 different sources of light from electronics and devices (fridge, microwave,clock, fire alarm) that are annoying to turn off. View was nice and located in a safe and quiet area. Some staff were helpful while others were entitled and had attitude that is oddly common in American service workers; if you dont have the self control to not act superior and condescending towards your customers then hospitality isnt suitable for you
