I took a quick trip to Boston on business with my husband. The Hilton Garden was is perfect proximity to the downtown festivities. We only stayed on night but the staff was great. There was a walking trail right across the street.
No glass cups in the room, only paper cups?? While the location is fantastic and very central, the interiors and management leaves much to be desired. I appreciate the inclusion of coffee and tea maker at the rooms, but I hope they can at least offer glass cups. Also the rooms did not have the sheets tucked in on arrival, and there were some dirty plates left in the hallway. For the price of the hotel I really expected more.
Very clean, with everything we needed. Great location, safe, free shuttles available, and delicious morning coffee! The only downside was that some front desk staff were consistently rude and impatient.
