Extraordinarily rude and unhelpful staff would be the primary reason to avoid this hotel. But also lack of room cleaning, empty shampoo/conditioner and no body wash, etc. Location is good
Stayed 2 nights. Great location. Onlyv4 minutes to new englandbaptist hospital. Very clean great room. Great heated pool Very quiet. Great staff. You have to vista the Punch Bowl restaurant located inside hotel. Great food. Best Pizza have had in a long tine. Special thanks to Anthony at the valet lobby.
We had a toilet-clog on the fourth night of our stay. The front desk kept me waiting for twenty-five minutes while they ran all around the building looking for a plunger. In a building with EIGHTY SIX BATHROOMS they could not find a single plunger. They insisted that an "engineer" needed to solve the problem, and that the only solution was to give us access to a second (non-adjacent) room for bathroom use. Preposterous.
