I had a strange situation where I had one night booked on my own and one night booked by my company. As should have been anticipated, it was a little confusing. Hats off to Miriam, who was able to straighten out the mess for me and making sure the stay was seemless.
Was a very clean, friendly hotel but the beds and pillows suck and the shampoo and conditioner aren't very good. Had a beautiful view though.
Front desk employee (Seth) was extremely rude as well as the main female cook. I was dressed in dirty cloths coming straight from the BLS livestock sale and felt so judged and blown off because of my appearance when I asked questions about where to pay for my $32 breakfast. Dirt on my boots shouldn’t mean I get lesser service and rude behavior. You’d think they’d be used to seeing people like me considering the hotel is in BILLINGS MT
