Average room. Power went out in the morning and they were not quick to fix it. Don't be fooled by their restaurant. Your stay does not include free breakfast.
The front desk staff are helpful and friendly, just the assistant general manager attitude have issues which is don't know how to communicate with the client in a friendly way. The room are not clean, the first day when I came in the room, the bed and the blanket are ful of hair, pillow are uncomfortable to sleep. The housekeeping need to call up to 5th times only have someone came in to change my room bedsheets and the blanket. Forewarning: BED BUGS!! And incompetent GM. Should be mentioned: I didn’t stay under the name on my Google account. Unfortunately, you’re better off at a Super 8 in comparison to this hotel. Outdated, dirty and incredibly unprofessional- it’s simply not what you expect when you stay at a “Hilton”. Not to mention- I personally witnessed the crude and inflated GM (Erica Kimble) belittle the nice front desk girl (Dylin- poor thing) for something even, I as a guest, understood was out of her control.
