Nearby restaurants and extra blanket in the closet! My pup got a treat bag upon check in, nice touch! He was happy!
Made my reservation over a month in advance and yet when I arrived, I was told it’s first come first serve for the king beds that I had reserved. I arrived at 6 PM and they still weren’t ready. They told me if I left the lobby I would lose my place in line to get my room. My service Animal and I hung out for an hour in the lobby before getting a room. Checked in Wednesday, July 9th, checked out Thursday the 10th. At first glance, the hotel seems pretty nice — clean, five stories tall, friendly staff, and breakfast was solid. They were super nice at breakfast too, which I appreciate. But all the little things added up fast. First issue: I found a notice in my room (not at the front desk, not at check-in) saying that hotel staff would be entering every room to replace locks — even if you had a Do Not Disturb sign out.
