Nicole Peterson was very helpful and caring Her and all her Team members.
We drove over four hours for a 4th of July stay, only to have our trip completely ruined not just by the weather, but by this hotel’s total lack of communication, safety, and basic customer care. A severe storm knocked out power to the property. While the storm itself was out of their control, the hotel’s response was entirely unacceptable: Safety Hazard: The stairwells had zero emergency lighting. The employees in charge for the daily breakfast are absolutely amazing! If you have the time, sit, and enjoy coffee with them. I also met a lovely woman who was clearing out the rooms and she was pure joy to speak with. Now the area is a little sketchy but very entertaining. While checking into my room, I found a beer can ontop of the bathroom light. I took a photo and showed the front desk. I was promised 10,000 points but that never happened.
