Bizarre decision to not have coffee as part of the included continental breakfast, you have to pay $4 a cup to make yourself one in a keurig
Room was dirty. There were bugs on the floors and hair in the shower and on the “clean towels” for an almost $300 a night room I would at least think it would be clean and for $300 a night they still want to charge you for breakfast. The “breakfast” that was included was a muffin or cereal.
Stayed here 1 night and it was the worst stay. The room we had smelled like mold. The smell is very overpowering. We went to the front desk and asked for another room and was told there were no more rooms because of wedding season. I said something to the employee about the smell and he knew exactly what I was talking about. He stated he and other employees have escalated this to the manager and nothing is done about it.
