The reason for the overall 3 rating is because of the beds. We had to change rooms due to the bed making too much noise. With every turn in the bed it sounded like someone was balling up a huge paper bag, so much so that I woke up 1 o'clock in the morning and went downstairs to request a different room
For one there was no room service.My room wasn’t clean for my whole 3 day stay.Also my room came with no soap or any hygiene products.Lastly there are many moldy areas in the room.
This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First, it is pet friendly and the second floor is the “pet” floor and if you don’t tell them you are highly allergic to pets they don’t tell you. The hallway on that floor smelled like urine and the rooms were disgusting !! We had to move rooms when I asked why are room and the hallway smelled like urine.
