I'm staying at the Hilton for 4 consecutive weeks. My only real complaint is that the pool and hot tub have been closed the entire time. Some other things I don't like but that aren't too bad are the gym is very small and there are no sanitizing supplies inside. They don't have streaming apps on the TV in the room. Also the bottom sheet on my bed is constantly coming off the corner as if it doesn't really fit and room service only comes when requested. Lastly the towels are thin and rough. I stay at this Hilton every January for about a week or so over the course of the last three years each time I stay, I’m always satisfied. The manager Jay is always very professional and Cindy has always been very kind to my kids. The rooms have always been very clean my children enjoy the pool while the adults enjoy the hot tub. the morning breakfast is always good and I can’t really say enough of how nice it is to stay at this hotel. It’s sincerely feels like a second home when we stay here the service is immaculate.

Do not book here hotel is old and outdated they don’t tell you all the policies until you get there ruined my kids birthday party because I was not allowed to decorate and confiscated my balloons . You will not be refunded for your room just a heads up because the night auditor Kenneth says they don’t have to tell you their policies on the website

Co-Worker and myself stayed at this hotel for in town work purposes and would highly recommend staying else where. First off the hotel post that the rooms would be serviced/cleaned every 2 days . I had to say something to the lady at the front desk because my room was not cleaned prior to my check - in. When I arrived there were urine stains around the base of toilet and toilet seat. This is probably the most disappointed I’ve been at a hotel. I’ve been here for a few nights and the cable has not worked at all. The TV does not work whatsoever. All of the hallways smell like cleaning supplies. The heater only works for about five minutes and it and then it blows cold air. This is a nightmare, and I wish they would give me a refund.
