Clean room, shower was terrific, towels surprisingly thick and fluffy soft.

Not great, my room had a curtain that was literally torn from the wall, could not close the curtain to my room . I stayed 3 days, and recieved 2100 points. Thats just sad. Avoid if possible.

I booked my room for the BTS concert in Baltimore recently. I had a 5+ hour drive and had plans to meet up with a group before the concert. I arrived before my check in time and previously was told I would not be able to check in early. When I got to the counter, Karan offered to check to see if there was a room I could check in to. The staff, from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, were all very polite and friendly. This is actually a review of our ballroom event experience. From beginning to end, Ms. Jennifer at the Hilton Garden Inn in White Marsh made booking, planning, and hosting our event an absolute pleasure. She was exceptional throughout the entire process—professional, attentive, and very down-to-earth—which made us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. The hotel lobby looked modern, but the rooms are heavily beat up and seriously dated for a Hilton and the price. My room contained trash from the previous occupants and the ac didn’t work. I got moved and the shower didn’t work properly in the next room. Overall the corridors and rooms feel dated and a bit grungy. The staff were pleasant and the location is convenient.
