Trouble with TV. Replaced with another one.
My family stays at Hilltons frequently, and this was the worst one. The tub drain was clogged and had a lot of standing water during showers. Both of our TVs didn't work. Maintenance came up, looked at them, and left without letting me know if they were fixed or not (they weren't). There wasn't bedding for the pull out sofa, nor even 1 towel per person. They would not bring them up; I had to go down to get them. Then, they informed me they were out of pillows. Our family was very disappointed with our stay here.
Stayed here a few nights for a family event about 10 minutes away. This hotel's location is very accessible & close to other eating & shopping destinations. Nothing was wrong with the room: clean, ample space, updated bathrooms, ready upon arrival, etc. However, other guests down the hall were extremely loud until 1 AM. A call was made to the hotel lobby, & the noise soon stopped. Also, several guests took to the outdoor seating areas in the evening for their "smoking" habits.
