Todo correcto, personal amable, camas cómodas. La puerta de la habitación donde estaba alojado no se podía usar el cierre de seguridad ni el tope de puerta. Por lo demás todo bien.

This was the official hotel for my family reunion, and many of my cousins lodged here. I stayed at the adjacent Hilton property across the parking lot, but our main activities were at this hotel. The staff members were kind, helpful, and professional. I was glad to have plenty of fellowship space. We are a very large family and we sat in the lobby eating and talking at various times all weekend, and we used the meeting space. Thank you to the vendor for the hospitality.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean and well stocked with amenities. The bed was not very comfortable. Also, the parking lot exit was challenging to get out, and we felt more comfortable driving around to the hotel next door to exit. The biggest con was that the fridge broke spoiling $60 worth of food. I let the hotel know when I completed the after stay survey. No response at all.

Fantastic place to stay, solo or with family. I love the friendly service, stylish, well-appointed rooms, and tasty breakfast in the cheerful dining area. Looking forward to swimming in the pool later, and definitely making this my go-to hotel while visiting family in Owings Mills.
