To the Management of Hilton Garden Inn, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my stay at your hotel. This was my first time staying here, and I can assure you it will be my last. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere in the lobby was unpleasant, but the situation in my room (Room 518) was much worse.
