Thankyou Hilton for being awesome for the Labor day weekend. Rooms were clean Beds were CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE . Big Shout out to Dalton at the front desk, who displayed amazing customer service really accommodating he made the Hilton experience enjoyable! Made us want to come back again. ALSO the ladies at the front desk in the morning there customer service was great as well! And made great food recommendations doing our stay. Thanks to all the staff that served us while we were there. Thanks again until next time!

This was one the best hotel my family and I ever spent time in, the customer service was phenomenal and it was comfortable and relaxing. I didn’t want to leave.
I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. Located at 4770 Owings Mills MD. 21117. The mattresses did not have bedbug protection covers and the sheets were poorly fitted. As I am cleaning and preparing to leave I noticed the mattresses were filthy dirty with all kinds of stains on it. The food was disgusting‼️ The cook was nonchalant and should not be cooking. The cook was very rude. I contacted the front desk and they in return contacted General Manager Patrick Michael whom never gave me the respect of coming to speak to me persona... read more
