I want to sincerely thank Dalton for going above and beyond to assist me in getting a room at the Hilton after a very poor experience at a nearby Holiday Inn. Excellent front desk staff!
During my first stay at this property, I was initially surprised by the décor from the elevator through the hallway and into the room, as it did not reflect the top-tier Hilton experience I am accustomed to. However, the in-room jacuzzi was enjoyable and ultimately overshadowed my initial concerns, which led me to book a return stay this past weekend specifically for that feature.
