A guy named Anwar was booking my room but I don't think he's properly trained to book rooms he look really nervous. I hope i dont get charged twice for a mistake. The staff in the lobby is friendly. The 1st floor bathroom was extremely dirty, the housekeeping supervisors was rude. I came to this location in 2024 and things was perfect, but now!!.... omg it's a complete mess. Unwashed reused pillows, stained linen, broken remotes, doors, the carpets are stained...no accountability or respect from the housekeeping supervisors ... read more
Always enjoy my stays at this hotel. The front desk staff is awesome! Shout out to Asia, Jennifer, and Reese! Nice rooms and great location.
Good view ,near water and 1st floor reserve starbucks also clean and nice i want to stay here again soon Second time i choose bad time too much snow room was cold guy came to fix but 4 hours later still cold room was 66 change room cold again same problem , finally staff and me check room and temp so i can stay warm rest of days. Thanks for helping me i should remember her name. Also breakfast was great , staff always welcome and kind
Stayed there for 2 days 1 night. The location is wonderful. Easy to walk around, great restaurants and shops nearby. I had my uber delivery get stolen and no refunds with uber. Then I found black mold in the bathroom. I didn’t notice until I showered which as someone who has asthma is dangerous. The carpets on the floor had various stains on it as well. The front desk was super receptive when I shared with them my issues with the package being stolen and the black mold. However, was very disappointed.
