Beware...no hot water in the morning when fully booked. Stayed this past Saturday night and liked the hotel very much. Had a nice King/sofabed room, and the location is great. When I went to take a shower in the morning, there was zero hot water. I let it run for 10 minutes, and still no hot water. I called down to the desk and was told yes, when fully booked like the hotel was that night, there's not enough hot water in the hotel. I was told to wait a while before taking a shower. Ladies were wonderful
The location was great. It's right in the heart of the inner city and close enough to walk to many attractions weather permitting. The park garage allows direct access into the lobby. The lobby area was decent and inviting. The section of the hotel that i was on needed a little TLC. The door hoing into rooms do not completely close on there own. You have to slam them shut. The hotel is nice and clean but staff is not so nice. Me and my friend stay just one night. On the day of our check out. Hotel staff come knocking on the door at 9:30 am, 10 am, 10:30 am. we checking out at 11. We feel so rush. I understand that they have to check on guess but not every 30 min. Very disappointing for 4 star hotels.
