A well-managed Hilton with friendly staff. Value for the price is there for sure. You can tell its an older property with a few minor wear and tear things but don't let that make you go elsewhere.
Warning!!! Do not stay here!!! There are cockroaches everywhere! It is disgusting and unsanitary! Worst hotel I have ever been to in my life! They should be shut down. I can’t believe they keep booking people and they don’t tell them that there’s huge roaches crawling all over the room rooms. Disgusting!
We stayed a month in December and the manager rudely said 'One Bedroom immediate move in' which was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. Then when my family and I visit recently we are asked 'Why we are back?'... it was very unwelcoming. And when we express these concerns the manager tells us we are no longer allowed to stay there. Bc they dont want us there, too many complaints.
The microwave didn't work in our room. The customer service was the worste. Had someone bang on our hotel window the lady next to us got lock out thout our window was theirs. We told the manager.. and somehow we are the problem.. Very unprofessional mangers at this location
