Alexis (front desk lady) and Amanda (bartender) are AMAZING. Both deserve a raise. They were kind, friendly, and welcoming. Especially to my rambunctious kid. Amanda was so patient with both of us, even while my kid was bouncing off the walls. And Alexis was so helpful!! I even got a free plant cutting from her!! Can't wait to hopefully come back and stay here again. Literally just so I can say hello to these fabulous ladies again.
I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Augusta while attending a baby shower this past weekend. The hotel was clean. What really made my experience exceptional was Jennifer. She was incredibly friendly, professional.Her warm personality and willingness to help made me feel like a valued guest. Spent the night on our way from MS to SC and stopped for the night. Got a king bed room for the 2 of us. Pretty standard room but hard bed (some people may like that) and a shower head that should be against the law - no pressure whatsoever (and water pressure is not an issue as the water coming out of the tub spigot was tremendous) and settings were a joke. The good part of the hotel was staff were great and the workout room was clean and had some nice treadmills.
Jennifer Smith was an amazing sales person. Very positive attitude and held great conversation with my children. The room was CLEAN AND POOL AREA ALSO.
