This hotel advertises free parking with o ly about 10 parking spots in the hotel parking lot , with about 5 of them being handicapped. We have a handicapped sticker and was forced to use the "additional parking in the rear" which involves you to walk up and down a hill or a ton of steps to get to the hotel . Cars were parked on handicapped spots with no sticker smh Found out at check out you have to pay a fee for the additional parking area.

Hallways and room have a mildew order. They may need to change the carpets. Breakfast is falsely advertised there were no omelette, pancakes or anything of sorts just runny scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, muffins and bagels. The staff was extremely friendly but seemed a little short staffed. The bar wasn’t open during the hours advised as well. Pool was extremely cloudy and the gym smelled. Comfort bed but rooms are outdated. Also, they make you pay for breakfast. The parking lot is far. You have to walk up a long staircase which is not good for the handicap or older people. Good customer service though.

I can't recommend this place. If the one and only thing you need is a place to sleep for the night then it's fine. The bed was fine. The room was fine. Just don't order any food or go to the bar and you'll probably have a good stay. Nemesis, the front desk woman, was absolutely lovely. Friendly, charming, welcoming. Other than that everything was pretty terrible.
