Updated review: We gave this hotel a second try as we stay in this area weekly. The second time left a much better impression. Everything was working correctly, my digital check in was a breeze, and had no issues. Great location in a busy area.

Stayed for 2 nights on the end of the 5th floor. I was able to pick my room through the Hilton app but was told the digital keys weren't working so I still needed a keycard. Staff was very nice. The hallways definitely smelled of bleach but the room itself did not smell at all. Everything was pretty clean and looked fairly new, bed was comfortable.
