Asha at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The other people were okay but seemed annoyed often. $50 for required valet parking is RIDICULOUS, as is $18 plus tip for what is free at any other hotel; even though the rooms were nice and the location decent, I won't stay here again due to the overpriced parking.

The construction by the valet is horrible. So hard to maneuver and people constantly in the way. Valet is also really slow. Wish they had regular parking available. Rooms are okay. I found someone else’s long black curly hair in my “clean” towels.

Great staff can’t make up for thin walls, loud drills, and shades that don’t block light.” The reception team here was consistently professional and friendly, but the stay had some big drawbacks. During the day, construction noise was constant—you could hear drilling in both the lobby and the rooms. Only complaint is that the microwave was a bit busted where the center plate wasn't spinning. Other than that, everything was great. Staff are really nice and friendly. Room is clean. Towels are clean. Lamps have some USB ports to charge devices. Good amount of desk space. Comfy clean bed. Nice shower. Wouldn't mind staying here again.
