The worst experience ever traveled all the way from Memphis TN. The service JAI was soo rude to me and my family! Rooms wasn’t clean. ANTS IN MY ROOM. I giving extra covers to redo everything on my own.
Overpriced, Tacky, Rooms Dirty, Thin Walls, Rude housekeeping staff. Broken elevator. Cracks on their tiles floors. Place is just Bad all around.
Do NOT stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Buckhead. My family and I traveled over the weekend and stayed here. The hotel was unclean, with bedbugs in one room and ants in another. The customer service was extremely poor they refused to switch our rooms or issue a refund. Very disappointing experience.
