A good Hilton property.
Rented 2 rooms back in 04/2025, one of the rooms had a mirror in the bathroom that was on the verge of falling, which is super dangerous , the second room Had a shower head that broke off the first time we turned it on. The Breakfast was super basic. I feel like it should’ve been Complementary since it was so basic eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. The service was great there was this young Samoan lady that helped me and she was wonderful. I think this is a pretty good hotel, the rooms are super clean and the staff is friendly. Yes the prices are expensive but that’s just Anchorage. 🤷
Well I was going to give this hotel 5 stars since it is pretty nice, has a shuttle, everything is super clean and no complaints. Then I went down for breakfast which I already paid for the breakfast voucher ($15) and when I came down at 0630 (sign says 0600 breakfast, and was told this at check in as well) there was nothing in the trays. So I went and asked and apparently breakfast doesnt start until 0700 which I have to leave before that to catch my flight.
