My wife and I checked-in on 4/15/26 of this month for a 6 day stay. This is the 5th night of our stay. We've seen a room attendant on our floor almost everyday. We've left our door sticker out everyday since we've been here and after 5 nights here we've never received room attendant service. No clean bedding or bathroom towels. We've had to ask the front desk for all room attendant services. If you're planning on staying here for more than 1 night you might want to check other hotel properties in the Rio Rancho area. Amazing staff great location (in between shopping ctrs and restaurants) staff are amazing very accommodating to room needs. Beautiful hotel clean rooms outstanding staff.
Excellent service. Enjoyed the cucumber water. Very refreshing.
