Great customer service!!! Velonika really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, super polite, and made sure I had everything I needed !!! THANK YOU SMMM! 10/10 I RECOMMEND!!!
My time at the hotel was an amazing experience, the staff was very friendly. Dirk was simply amazing!!!! Top notch professional!!!! Every hotel needs at least one of him. To be honest, he should hold a corporate position over customer service that's just how amazing his level of service was. He went above and beyond to make sure every expectation was met and then some. Because of him, this will be my official hotel when I'm in town
