No breakfast because someone called in. Front desk person said "oh well". Manager called and apologized refund for the night. I went back again and had the same problems and MORE. No soap / conditioner in the shower, still no coffee or breakfast at 6 as advertised. Coffee maker in the room didn't work. Not a place you want to stay.
I stayed in room 145 on the first floor. This was the loudest most annoying place I’ve ever stayed. They never turned off the lobby music and the mini fridge sounds like it’s about to blow up. In fact I called the desk and asked about the music. They said they turned it off at 11 pm but I’m listening to saxophone at 4:10 am. They turned the music down from the super loud lobby/elevator music but never turned it off. The room was clean and the property was nice. This hotel is horrible. It's off the beaten path and the dining room is a joke.Nothing on the menu is available They make you pay some crazy amount for a breakfast buffet. The staff is nice but clueless. It's not worth the money and it's not a nice Garden in. It has a smell when you enter the front desk. A musty smell.

Checked in with my family horrible communication... called to reserve room for weekend they didn't inform me that the hot tub and pool was down but they were happy to charge be full price on a non working pool and hot tub while I had my kids looking forward to that....unbelievable horrible service asked to speak to manager at 310pm its 9pm still nothi
