I accidentally left my portable charger in the room. Immediately called back they said they would put it up. Only to find it’s been stolen by the housekeeper!! Crazy to spend 400 on a room to get a cheap charger stole. They wasn’t even going to call me about it.
I was only there for 1 night but...the front desk staff were fabulous! Over the top helpful and accommodating! Room was nice and very clean. Bed was just right and a perfect pillow. Shower was a little disappointing but I feel most hotel showers are at this price point. Nice amenities and again great staff!
Staying at the HILTON HOTEL DOWNTOWN FORT WAYNE IN. If I could give zero stars I would. As we speak. This is my first night here. I am so disgusted. It is Old, Nasty, Stinky, Stale & Creepy. I will never stay here again. The bathrooms are so nasty look like mold around the tubs and tiled walls. I want to cry. When you think of the Hilton you think Fancy well not this Hilton. I feel dirty! I want to cancel my stay and GO to the Courtyard or the Hamptons. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
