Super nice, clean, and very friendly service.
We've stayed here many times and as Diamond members have been pretty happy and chose this location for the convenience. We ate multiple times in the dining room for breakfast and dinner as well as bar area. I must say Olivia has horrible customer service and we were disappointed each and every time she was the bartender on duty. She was rude and this evening she was gone from the bar and I stood there for 20 min waiting for her to return. I had breakfast at this Hilton location this morning and ordered the avocado toast as a healthy option. However, the bread was completely burnt on the bottom — as you can clearly see in the photo I uploaded. It was so overcooked that it was unhealthy and impossible to eat. I showed it to the server, who said they would let the chef know, but nothing happened afterward. My meal was not replaced, I did not receive an apology, and I was still charged for it. The complimentary upgrade was appreciated!
The first room smelled, was damp/muggy and had mold spores on the bathroom walls and the TV didn't work. The tv was fixed promptly. I reported the room but it was an automated message and no one responded. When I went to the front desk, they tried finding another room. We went into 3 different rooms, they all had the same issue. The fourth room seemed better. Only to find it the heat did not work and there was mold on the bathroom walls and when you flush the toilet it made the most horrible sound.
