Down to earth and helpful, reasonable and professional I was impressed with their delivery of the professionalism they promised on their web page. The front desk/reception followed up their calls, checked on my appointment carefully to avoid confusion. Once there, the hygienist's work struck me as thorough and competent and helped work through follow-up appointment times right on the spot.
